Phone interview after passing a typing and behavior test via computer. Was offered the job at the end of the call. Basically being well-spoken on the phone with decent preparation and confidence should get you the job.

Question 1
If someone told you another insurance company with the same coverage for a better price how would you sell it to them?
Long and unnecessary. Once you get in it gets a lot more simple. Kind of annoying not sure I think they have to make a quota but the test are easy. Drug test necessary
Completed application online for another position. My application was recommended for other positions a few times until I received an online interview for CC Sales Rep and received a phone call about 1-2 weeks later for job offer

Interview
The interview was over the phone and it lasted a little over an hour. The interviewer wasn’t high pressure at all. I’m fast, the person that interviewed me was really nice. There were some STAR formatted questions though.
