I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at State Farm
Interview
Very relaxed. Was asked more personality and value based questions. Wanted to know a lot about prior work experience. It seemed as if the interviewer was trying to see whether or not I would have the capacity to learn and acquire the necessary skills.

Tell me about a time you encountered a problem. How did you resolve it?
The interview process was straightforward. I was asked questions about why I should be hired, my experience dealing with difficult situations etc. It took longer than I was told to hear back from State Farm, and I took myself out of the hiring process.
