Interview
First interview was over the phone, was told it was to be between 30-45 minutes and it was just within that time frame. The phone interview had two interviewers on the other line, and started just by asking me to tell them about myself. They then told me more about specifics of the job, and what to expect on a day to day basis. They then asked somewhere around 8-10 questions involving my former employment background and behavioral questions.
Got a call a day later to go into the State Farm office for an in person interview.. will update when I come out!

Interview
A hiring manager will call to confirm interest in a position. They will then, over the next 7 business days, prepare and send assessments to you that will test your critical thinking and typing skills.
Once the assessment is complete, you are scheduled for an in-person interview. I interviewed with both the hiring manager and the main lawyer at the office. Finally, they will do a follow-up phone interview with HR to determine who they will choose.
