This was a true dating process. Agencies are looking to add the right people that fit with their office. They take their time and really get to know who you are and you get to know who they are. It's a long process but worth it as you will know if you want to proceed or not.

Start with phone interview explaining role, most important thing is to seem interested and have the drive to pass licensing tests. I did not have a lot of experience going into this interview.

There were two interviews before I got offered the position for this job. She asked many questions. I also met with my prospective coworkers and was interviewed by them. This part was awkward because they had no idea they had to interview so they didn't know what to ask. Just talked about school.
