I applied online for the above position in May 2018.
The first week of June 2018 I recieved a test link from StateFarm, by the end of that week I was sent scheduling details for phone interview,
Before ending the phone interview the following week, I was offered a face to face interview at the CityLine Richardson location.
The next week I completed face to face interview, drug screening, and background check and was offered to move forward with the job offer.

Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward. First I did a one way video interview that focused mainly on STAR formatted behavioral questions you get two tries to record. Then an additional recruiter interview that asked a couple more STAR questions and went over the job description. Received offer during video interview.

Straightforward. Apply Online > pre-employment assement>virtual interview with self recorded questions > if selected, approximately two weeks later you get an email request for follow up interview> follow up interview goes through any additional questions, role details, and confirms interest, then possible job offer.

Proudest Achievement in your previous work history.
Simple questions. State Farm uses the star method. Interview was through a video which took off a lot of pressure and nerves. You’re able to re record questions only 2 times.
