I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Phoenix, AZ) in May 2013
Interview
Started with the online application. About a week later I received an invitation to take an online assessment. The next day I got an email saying that my results were "competitive". The day after that I got an email to schedule a phone interview which was scheduled for the next day. At the end of the phone interview I was given a contingent job offer that is contingent on acceptable background check and drug test. This process went through HireRight which took an additional week. Overall a smooth process and very nice people to deal with!
