The process consisted of an online recorded interview, a follow-up phone screen, then a final in-person interview. The online portion was fairly straightforward and it consisted mostly of your typical interview questions ("Tell about a time when..."), and one easy coding question at the end. The follow up phone screen wasn't much more than just confirming some of the stuff I said on the first recorded interview. I then heard from a technical manager who extended an in-person interview. There weren't any technical questions really, just questions to see what type of experience I have (am I familiar with agile development, how do I keep up with the changing world of tech, etc.). This interview was a bit less stressful than I thought it would be going into it. The process did not take too long overall, and everyone I spoke with was very friendly and there didn't seem to be any trick questions at all.
