The video interview was very easy to guide there and less stressful. The turn around time was sufficient and i wasn't expecting to get through each step in a great manner. It's really encouraging to receive the positive feedback from the hiring team.

And this interview they wanted to know all about your job experience from your recent employer. They also ask what you did at that employment facility. They want to know your salary, acceptance or what you expect, and they will also discuss with you what you are eligible to make.

There is an online skills assessment, followed my a phone interview with an HR recruiter if the assessment goes well. If you pass those two parts, then expect a STAR method interview with at least one Mgr from the dept you would be working in. The entire process for me took about 3 months but that was 7 years ago. I'm not sure if it's still as lengthy.
