First was a phone interview with a manager who asked basic questions about my experience and why I wanted to work at State Farm. Then, I had an in-person interview with the manager and the agent, where I was asked mostly about my customer service capabilities/experience and again why I wanted to work at State Farm. Interview lasted about thirty minutes and I was asked to come back a week later so the agent could make me an offer.
