I interviewed through UIUC's research park. It was a smooth process: one leetcode easy coding assessment and a bunch of behavioral questions, then a final round behavioral interview with the site manager, a software developer, and an HR person. Pretty light overall
HireVue and then a technical interview with Software Developers, sort of like a white board over a call. There are a few software developers in the call, and the hirevue was very easy. One behavioral and the coding question was string manipulation.
