Question 1
Tell me about yourself. What do you like about the company?
Easy- behavioral. Very smooth interview process, no technical questions. Asked about me in the workplace and certain situations.I used the Star method and that worked out fine. Hire Vue and then live interview.
The process was a little bit unorganized and slow but overall great team and process. I would recommend it. Pro tip: bring lots of questions. It's an hour long, but only 30 minutes of them asking you questions.
Interview process was fair, lot of behavioral based questions and some seeing knowledge of the insurance process overall. Felt fairly standard and straightforward throughout the interview process with communication and timeline explained what to expect at each step
