I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2014
Interview
I had one on-campus interview that lasted about an hour to hour and half. Included behavioral and technical questions. I received a phone call from HR two weeks later with an offer.
The process was a little bit unorganized and slow but overall great team and process. I would recommend it. Pro tip: bring lots of questions. It's an hour long, but only 30 minutes of them asking you questions.
Interview process was fair, lot of behavioral based questions and some seeing knowledge of the insurance process overall. Felt fairly standard and straightforward throughout the interview process with communication and timeline explained what to expect at each step
