I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Atlanta, GA) in Jul 2025
Interview
My interview process involved doing any virtual interview that was recorded as well as having a a virtual interview that was in person the interview was very friendly and conversational. I was asked questions pertaining to the job and it’s expectations of travel and climbing on roofs. I have experience in all these areas so it was a breeze for me.

What made you want to join the team at State Farm?
I applied to the role and they sent me an assessment test via email. It thought it was a basic screening. The assessment included: typing test, data entry, listening, behavioral question/characteristics screening. Practice assessment was included along with a video to let you know how to prepare for the assessment. Not bad at all!!

There is a computer testing, and 2 interviews. If you are responsive and reply and move through the steps quickly. You will likely get an offer within a week. Every communication/interview is virtual. It was a smooth process for me.

Interview
You 1st have to get past a self screen interview. It feels awkward. You are able to record and retry if you don’t feel the 1st try was adequate. The send you the information to do the recording and provide you with a timeline that it has to be completed.
