The interview process was done by phone via appointment after a year of applying for the position and getting continuously turned down. I received a call to set up the interview and a week later i got another call and the interview took place. I was offered a probationary position for 6 months

It was relatively easy. Consisted entirely of behavioral question, but they did ask me what technologies and programming languages I was proficient in. Make sure you elaborate on your answers and also be sure to ask them additional questions at the end of the interview.

Never interviewed by any agency. I have applied for State Farm positions from Central Florida to Northwest Florida. I even had a recruiter call me about a State Farm agency in Orlando who provided salary information and more.

I called a couple of the agencies to see if I could get some answers about why I see so many ads, but never get an interview. One agency told me the ad was a constant run ad and their agency didn't have any openings. Another agent owner told me he was only planning to open an office in that location. This particular person also told me that I was impatient. The recruiter told me that the agency didn't want to interview me because I've had too many jobs.
