Asked me to come in and meet with a VP and AVP. First interview went well. The AVP and I didn't communicate well. No offer was made but I doubt I would have accepted it if it were. It didn't feel like a good fit to me. My negative experience rating has more to with the fact that no one from State Street had the courtesy to make a follow-up call letting me know the results. I have had other poor experiences with State Street recruiters. They seem to be another company that treat candidates like commodities rather than human beings and provides a terrible experience.
