I was encouraged to apply by a State Street employee who took the time to explain the job to me and to advertise the company. Then I had three formal interviews with different level employees. I interviewed with my future team and supervisor, with representatives of the top management and with HR. I have very positive feeling of all three interviews. Actually, the most interesting one was with the top management who treated me in a professional but human way and explained a lot about the company and the business environment.
