Went professional. Interview time took about an hour long. Asked situational questions, knowledge of the operations team. Spoke to the Vice President who recently got promoted from AVP. However, the entire interview was a waste of time - as I firmly believe he is a biased interviewer... The manager had chosen a candidate who was unqualified for the position in terms of minimal (9 months into the work field) professional work experience, limited knowledge of financial markets, and failed to be identified by corporate recruitment... a personal friend of the manager himself... Guaranteed and hands down, everyone at this office is shaking their heads as to why an inexperienced recent graduate was hired against better qualified candidates. Rest assured, even entry level assurance associates from PwC will question the integrity of this manager.
