Submitted my resume at a job fair. Got a çall from the recruiter and had a phone interview without giving me ANY time to prepare. Had the next interview the next week. This process took 2 months!!! Took about 50 mins to an hour with three managers. After the interview, was told that I would get feedback in two weeks; I didn’t hear anything back for a month then I got another call to interview. I had a second interview for less than 20mins with two managers who were absolutely uninterested In me. Then after that, I never heard anything until another month when the recruiter told me to come in and meet a new set of managers. This interview went on for an hour again. After this final interview, i never heard anything back despite my follow up. This is the WORST d’expérience I’ve ever had. I just think there’s no need in wasting my time, asking me questions, getting my ideas about the job. I don’t think State Street ever planned to hire me but string me along!!!! As a company, they need to do better, im relieved that I never got an offer from this company.
