Interview
First interview is a phone screen for 15 minutes with a Talent Acquisition Specialist. General questions about your background and interest level are asked. Second interview is in person and usually involves two or three managers. Many behavioral questions are asked, such as strengths, weaknesses, teamwork ability etc. It's not an interview about intellectual capacity on financial terminology. It is more about getting a personality fit for the team.

Tell me about a time when you had a conflict with a team member and how did you resolve it?
Mostly 1 round interview. Followed by HR round where salary would be discussed. You must know about the role you’re applying to and make sure you prepare well for the interview. The interview is mostly taken by the reporting manager or VP.
