Very disappointing procedure as I was waiting many days in order to have a telephone interview. They needed to reschedule the interview 4 times before they finally were in position to call me for a telephone interview. The questions however were easy to answer and you would have a problem if you prepare

Simple questions on excel (tell me functions of excel), some behavioral questions (tell me about a time you had an error in your work environment and how you dealt with it) and basic technical questions ( what are derivatives and bonds)
