I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at State Street (Hadley, MA) in May 2015
Interview
Interview very straight forward, consisting of behavioral questions. Very casual and simple leadership / problem solving questions asked. I mostly over-prepare for the interview, and ended up doing sub-par but still got the offer. Would recommend.
