I went for one quick interview and they offered me the job. It was a basic job interview with questions about my resume and experience. No tricky questions or quantitative questions. They asked me what a future was, and some other questions about types of investments. Again, nothing complex. I think that maybe my process was quicker than usual because they needed to hire someone fast.

She first told me what the pay would be and where the office is located and asked if I had any problems with either. Then, she asked a few basic interview questions and told me about State Street overall.
