I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at State Street (Kansas City, MO) in Jan 2013
Interview
People are nice, always 2 people conduct the interview. First you get a phone screen and basically they want to know about your education and or work experience. I suppose they make sure you are "friendly" on the phone. The person to person interview is entirely behavioral questions. Tell me a time and specifically describe when........and how did you deal with it.

I applied online. I interviewed at State Street (London, England)
Interview
Zoom interview with 2 personnel. Basic tell me about yourself, situational questions and competency based questions. Interviewers said I would hear back by the end of the week with feedback etc, did not hear back for 2 weeks had to email the recruiter only to be sent an automated email saying they are pursuing another candidate with no feedback at all. I then emailed the recruiter again asking for feedback but got no response. This was quite annoying as I thought I done well in this interview and would have liked to see where I came short.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at State Street (Pune) in Oct 2017
Interview
It was a walk-in interview in pune. Since company establishing it’s new business unit in Hyderabad location. Only 2 rounds were conducted, manager round followed by H.R round. I was fortunate enough that my manager round was taken by Vice President involve in process transition. Mainly stuff related with my resume nothing additional. Overall they were checking my business understanding. Brief discussion about transition phase & other areas.
Now comes the worst part (HR discussion) after general discussion. Salary negotiation - HR was in no intention to negotiate, initial offer was 15% . After lot of discussion & argument she agreed on 30% hike as per industry standard.
