Interview
Interviewed at CRD, Burlington MA office
1. Online application on LinkedIn.
2. Received an email from the recruiter to set up an in-person interview with the Hiring Team in their Burlington office. Interview was later postponed but no one on the team contacted me about the change until I was onsite. I later did an online Zoom interview with a member of the team. The interviewer mostly explained the responsibilities about the role and asked a few technical and behavioral questions (SQL, Customer Support, Troubleshooting etc.)
3. I was invited to the onsite interview and met with the senior members of the team. They asked me about my background, interest in the role and a few behavioral questions.
It's been a month from my final interview and they have basically ghosted me. I did not receive any formal communication from the recruiter about my application status. Waste of time.
