I was invited for an interview 1.5 months after I have applied. An interview was very good, nice hiring managers, questions related to previous experience. Nothing unexpected typical questions. The position itself wasn't at the same level as an Associate in other banks and they have many types Associate positions ( probably to pay less). Hence, huge rotation in this company. When it's coming to compensation they pay much below the market rate! Even Officer position is below any manager pay in other banks and no negotiation and they stated its Senior Manager position!. Very unprofessional approach at the end! Bring up your pay with market rates if you want to get professional employees.
