The interview went well and I was hired on the spot. Great company to work for if you travel a lot IHG provides discounts to staff. Standard interview questions. Low pressure.
About 20 questions asking how you resolve issues that customers may have. How to handle multiple incoming phone calls and quickly respond to everyone waiting on the line. Ask how you would describe yourself in the event another department needs help completing a task
Interview process was easy. I was asked about past experiences and what I could bring to the table. It was a one interview process. Met with the GM. Overall good experience
