Interviews go pretty well, they're not hard at all it takes about 30 minutes and hopefully they'll give you a job at the end of the interview most of the time they won't though depends on how you respond to the questions which you're not easy by the way
I applied online. I interviewed at Steak ‘n Shake (Oakwood, GA) in Jan 2014
Interview
after applying to position listed, received a phone call for an initial interview approximately one week later.Upon completion of said phone interview, was asked to come in for a face to face interview,to which I drove almost 50 miles to attend. The interview went very well(District Managers words-not mine),at which time he then asked if I would be available to meet or talk to one of the owners;which I gladly agreed to do(and which never happened)Why do people go thru the motions and string candidates along(and in my opinion-lie to them) with no intention of following thru.

Interview
Submitted my resume and received a call within the week to set up an interview. It was a very long interview with area supervisor and they were extremely thorough during the whole process. Explained the company very well and the expectations that would take place. Although thorough, I walked out of the interview feeling informed about the company and their standards.
