I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Steer
Interview
The interviewers were not friendly, quite unprofessional, and unclear with their directions during a case. Their lack of ability to communicate well during an interview round caused a mistake in the process and they did not let me correct it, even though it was their mistake. In addition, they were always late with following up. It was not a pleasant experience and there were many interview rounds. I feel like the culture was not great because I expressed my passion for transit and they told me to focus on how they were a business and focused on making profit and making clients happy.
