Emailed the company, they sent a zoom link, entered the interview, got asked a few technical questions, background check, etc. Got a job offer 10 days later for an onsite position on a customer.
It was smooth. They told me about the role and the expected roles. They told me about the team and I was asked the expected salary. They said that it is out of their budget and th interview was done there.
