GHOSTED and Most Awkward Interview ever! The recruiter did a Teams call, introduced himself, asked me if I read the 2-page PDF flyer on the company, and then just stared at me in silence for about a minute. I eventually started asking HIM questions to which he responded, "Did you read the PDF? What did you think?" Unbelievably odd and offputting. After this he went into very vague detail about the position and had such a heavy accent that I a hard time understanding him. I've managed teams from India and globally for over 18 years, so accents, etc aren't a problem, but this guy was off the charts. I never heard back from him. I reached out to ask for an update and did not hear back. If this is the experience they provide to prospective employees I can't imagine how you're treated afterward.
