I interviewed with 2 people. Both experiences were quite pleasant, especially the with the person to whom I would've been reporting. We talked a lot (over tea, no less) about the Kering company culture (the role was specifically for Stella and Alexander McQueen) and where they're heading from and branding and human capital management perspective. It was uniquely exciting.

I guess that my resume was a bit difficult for the first interviewer to initially grasp - she asked me to walk through the whole thing, and seemed to really desire to hear all the minute details. I wasn't used to this and at first felt like I was talking my head off, but actually the interview got better after that. I count that as a plus.
