The head of HR was amazing at finding me- I submitted for another role because the company sounded interesting and she was able to match my skills with another open position. Then I interviewed with my boss/hiring manager. They hired me because I was blonde and a good writer. When I dyed my hair pink, my boss did not even acknowledge it and would not take me seriously from then on out. lol it's 2020....
