l'entretien contient trois étapes: la première est avec les RH pour évaluer la motivation à intégrer le groupe ensuite le deuxième entretien est avec un manager opérationnel pour évaluer les compétences techniques en lien avec le poste ainsi que la projection du candidat au sein du groupe et un dernier entretien avec un manager senior pour synthétiser et finaliser le processus

Interview was 1 hour - started with a brief about my profile. Some follow up questions on my experience which was specific to product management.
Then the usual Product Management case scenarios - I was asked to investigate a rentention problem.
Got ghosted after 2 rounds of interview though, I was contacted by an external HR consultant so I could never get in touch with the actual recruiter,

Ottimo colloquio. Prima uno con responsabile delle risorse umane e dopo con il responsabile del team. Mi hanno messo a mio agio fin da subito. Esperienza positiva e piacevole. Al termine ricevuta offerta per ingresso in azienda.
