After applying for the position, the HR manager reached out to set-up a phone interview. The standard pre-interview questions were asked, including salary requirements. Was brought in for two interviews, one with the HR manager and another with the marketing VP.
The HR manager asked great questions and was very interactive. The opposite was true with the marketing VP; she was much more into bragging about her past positions.
Regardless, Step2 still seems like it'd be a great company to work for. They were just looking for someone with a little bit more experience managing products & brands.
