Interview
I received the interview invitation 1 day after application. First round was on zoom. I found it uncomfortable that interviewer was late for 10 minutes and seemed to be very distracted from the very beginning of the interview . We started with talking about how he worked from home for another 5 minutes and left very little time sharing about myself or sharing anything about the job. Disappointed.
Straight forward questions about investment decisions, how you would decide on LP investments, what you're exited for in VC. They also went into detail on how I would pitch an LP to a partner.

Interview
I applied through a portal and the recruiter reached out to coordinate an interview. I spoke with an Associate, then did a written assessment, then spoke with another associate. Finally, I spoke with 2 VPs. The process was rather quick and there was a lot of availability and structure around the interviews
