2 rounds here. first round, a phone screen with English. all behaviour questions second round, face to face interview. and only talk about resume and time issue. 2 rounds are handled by the same interviewer without hr staff. 1:1 interview was very casual. we only talked less than 15 mins and he also asked most questions are the same with the first round, not very professional.
