Interview
The interview was very interesting, I had 5 rounds with 5 different people and in different locations. That made it better for me to change my job since I got to know and understand quite few people inside the company. There were 2 technical interviews and 3 with people from other business areas. Overall pretty good interview process.

Why are you looking to change your role, what do you know about Stepstone
Long and unorganized interview process. Takes 6-12 weeks from initial screening until offer with multiple interviews/days. Rather than having 6-10 interviews spread across 5-8 days over 6-12 weeks, it would be better if StepStone was organized to have multiple interviews on the same day rather than request the interviewee to take off from current employer multiple times over several weeks.

Pretty standard 3 call interview process - HR, couple with the team. Very good people and normal process, I did not take the job but have a very favorable opinion about the firm.
