Very easy interview process. Starts with a casual interview with an associate, then a take-home technical assessment, then two more interviews with VP-level people. All conversations were very casual, mainly talking about why you are interested in venture capital.

Pretty standard - fun VC assessment, mostly reading comprehension/basic math, nothing past SAT level. Then 2nd and 3rd rounds with associates, almost entirely behavioral/motivational. Then final round, 1 interview with MD.
