Quite simple actually. First, I had received a call and had to set up a phone interview. Next, once you have passed the phone interview you get invited to attend a job fair or an on-site interview. Lastly, they will email you stating if you had got the job or not.

The interview was thorough. I took a typing test to see what my word per minute was. Then I sat one on one with the supervisor. She asked multiple questions pertaining to any experiences i had in relation to the job. Overall she made the interview very comfortable.
