Interview
Very thorough, quick, and all the questions I needed answered (especially specific ones) were responded to quickly. The entire hiring process was explained clearly, and was even offered to tour the site I would be working out of on my schedule. Also during interview concerns were expressed from me about the start date being a little further out than expected and was responded to respectfully and were able to work around it.
