There was constant follow-up and transparency all throughout the process. Had an initial phone interview, had a panel discussion with members of the team, had a final interview with a senior recruiting manager. Interviews took place around 2-3 business day apart. All done virtually due to Covid season. Conversations were pleasant and questions were typical interview questions in regards to experience and situational.
