I applied online. I interviewed at Stericycle (Bannockburn, IL) in Dec 2022
Interview
The interview was great. The hiring manager was very personable and inciteful. Unfortunately, for me they had already decided to move forward with a different candidate, but they wanted the opportunity to still speak with me and learn more about me.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stericycle
Interview
I was originally contacted by a recruiter to apply for the position. After I submitted my resume they invited me to a virtual fair with other recruiters and for positions I did not apply to. After that the original recruiter contacted me asking for a phone interview. During the interview she said she wanted to move me forward to the hiring manager. A week and a half passes and I receive an email stating I declined to move forward in the process. I emailed the recruiter asking for clarification and got ghosted.
Interested applicants beware. What a waste of time.
Online, then in phone, then in person. Had some follow-up, but overall it was a pretty standard process. There isn't much that stands out about it. Recruiters had all of the appropriate information to answer my questions.
