Took about 3 weeks to get job and at the time I was pretty desperate for work wishing I would of held out and looked for something better it was a waste of a year
Interview process went very professional and straightforward very welcoming and nice during the entire process of the on boarding process. I enjoyed it. After applying, there was minimum wait time to hear from a live representative from the company to give me a decision whether good or bad as far as receiving the position.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Stericycle (Dacono, CO) in Nov 2025
Interview
The interview process was quick. I received a text from a recruiter to schedule the initial interview within a couple of days of applying. She had a lot of flexibility. The initial interview was done via Microsoft Teams and lasted an hour. The recruiter was very warm and easy to talk with. Once the initial interview is complete, you'll move on to a second, on-site interview. Again, the second interview lasted about an hour. The interviewer was also very welcoming and thorough with the job expectations. Overall, a very easy process!

Question 1
During the video interview, I was asked whether I was actively looking and/or interviewing for other jobs and where I was with that process.
Easy going and straight to the point. Very friendly and informative on what the position will be like. Standard questions on if you can driver and be somewhat physically fit to do the job.
