Interview process wasnt that bad, they let you know what you would be doing if youre hired. You would meet at least with one person, with 2 other members trying to get hired with Steve Madden. (seasonal position)

It was a group interview. one interviewr and they itnerviewed me and three other girls at once. usual questions invoving retail experince, comeptitive environemnt, etc. also asked about fav items in the store and personal style

Expect to answer a lot about your view on helping clients, which sales strategies you like to use and why, and what makes you want to work there. Ideally, they want someone who can work under pressure and still sell.
