Interview
Easy and laidback. It was just me and the hiring manager and she asked basic questions to get to know me and my background. The purpose of this interview is to see how you would fit in with the staff and if you are outgoing enough to go up to customers and ask if they need help.
Interviewed twice several years apart. Asked to fill out an application on paper the first time and then there was a follow up interview. The second time I told them I was a pre siting employee and they asked me to apply online and I never heard back. Pretty straightforward both times if with wildly different results.
