I applied online. I interviewed at Stitch Fix in Feb 2021
Interview
Applied online and received an email two days later to schedule a phone interview. A recruiter asked me to pick my availability and when I did I didn't hear back all day so I didn't know if I was confirmed for a call. The next day I received confirmation for my call but it was no where near the time I picked. On my phone interview I couldn't understand the interviewer because she spoke too fast and had a thick accent so I tried to listen closely and try to understand the position. The interviewer did a poor job of being personal with me, understanding my background, and telling me what the job was. At the end of the interview she told me we couldn't talk about compensation until I took a quiz that they were going to send me the following week, which I never got. A week later, I received an automated message saying I wasn't qualified for the job even though when I spoke to an actual recruiter she said I was qualified. I didn't enjoy this interview process at all and changed my perspective on the company as a whole.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stitch Fix in May 2015
Interview
I had a phone interview after applying online, then was given a project via email. This was followed by a Skype interview about a week later with four people from different departments and teams. These seemed more like personality questions as well as commentary on project submitted.
