Interview
You submit your application, then they contact you if they're interested in you, and string you along until they finally schedule an interview (about 6 months later). Prior to the interview, they ask you to make a secret Pinterest board of 5 items you would pick for a fictional client. When you arrive, they ask you to write a note to the client (you must have a charged laptop with you). Then you're interviewed by 2 people, who give you a lot of information about the company and ask questions about customer service experience. Excellence in customer service and polite, congenial personality in the interview is very important. Also, make sure you are dressed well. They also ask you to look at an outfit and describe it to the interviewers. Use descriptive words. They ask who you would style this outfit for.

Describe a customer service situation in which you dealt with a difficult customer.
The interview process was great! Very straightforward and they were both friendly and encouraging. I made sure to memorize how I would answer a number of their questions and that really helped.

It was a simple interview, had to do mock styling then a zoom interview with hiring manager. Basic interview questions asked, basically looking for customer service experience for the job
