Question 1
How do you like feedback in your professional role? How do you like this in terms of management style? Do you have a certain management style you prefer?
Rather detailed interview process, shadowed a current employee virtually, then two interviews back-to-back
I hadn't used the company's product and didn't do super well in the test questions given as part of the application process. I don' think they loved me from the beginning so not sure why they interviewed me. I have a ton of customer service experience but didn't get the job.
The employee I shadowed also mentioned they don't get regular raises, just cost of living raises, which is crazy to me.

Interview
The video interview was split into different parts and I talked to different people in each part. Also I had to complete a writing assessment before the interview, which we then discussed in one of the parts. Overall, the interview felt comfortable but was a little "overkill" for the position.

Question 1
A lot of the questions were what many know as "behavioral" interview questions, such as, "describe a time I had an conflict with a co-worker", etc.
