I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stitch Fix
Interview
I applied online, did a sample fix and three weeks later received an email for a web cam interview. The emails they sent had directions, but was very hard to follow. I think they could have simplified that. The two women who interviewed me were in a different age group than I was. I felt that I was immediately judged by age and appearance. Neither women seemed interested in getting to know me. I was hoping to get scenario questions, not just question about one specific body type. They didn’t ask me about my style or what type of items I like. I felt like this company was a sorority that wants everyone to look a certain way, which is not possible. I have been in Fashion for over ten years and know I could have been a great addition to the company. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I and a lot of my friends use this service. Now that I know what type of people run this company I will definitely close my account and tell my friends to do so too. They only want certain types of people that all look the same in their company. Makes me worry that they might only want those type of people as customers too.

The interview took place via Zoom and was quick and easy with a local Lead Stylist. It was very straightforward and fine. Communication throughout the process was excellent. I received my offer quickly and accepted.

Interview
I received an email about a week after applying to do a styling activity, about a week after that was submitted I was emailed again to set up a virtual interview. The interview went well, a lot of “tell me a time when” questions.
