I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stitch Fix (Pittsburgh, PA) in Jan 2020
Interview
I was asked to create a board on Pinterest and that would later be described to the lead stylists during a video interview later. They would ask a question for example, what materials would you not use on a certain body and why? then after you answer all the questions they come back and say well what if that person wanted that, what if that person requested it? I felt like every answer I had, they would come back with a rebuttal which can be nerve wracking. Felt like it was a bit much for $14/ part time job with no benefits.
